Grant & Project Administration
Outsourced reporting and compliance for public awards — the discipline behind the airport grant work.
Grant administration is the discipline TDH was built on, and it is the reason the airport work holds together. Mapping tells you what exists. Grant administration is what turns that into money and keeps the money compliant afterwards.
What we do
- Outsourced monthly and annual reporting for public awards
- Compliance and required reporting
- Small and disadvantaged business reporting
- Support for new awardees and first-time contractors
- Performance and progress reporting
Why first-time recipients matter to us
A first federal award is where most organisations get into trouble — not through bad faith, but because reporting obligations are unfamiliar and arrive after everyone has moved on to delivery. A great many small airports are in exactly this position with their first AIP grant.
For airport sponsors specifically
AIP awards carry assurance obligations that outlast the construction. Reporting continues, and the ALP obligation persists for the useful life of the funded facilities. We handle the reporting cycle so it does not fall to whoever happens to have capacity that month.
This is the practical version of our main claim: the team producing your mapping is the team producing your grant reporting. Nothing is translated between two vendors, and nobody can blame the other one.
